Tinting Melbourne windows since 2004
Scott started tinting windows as a sole trader in 2004. He was good at the work, honest with clients, and word spread. By 2010 the business had grown enough to incorporate formally, and in 2018 it became Tint.Melbourne – a name that reflected what the business had become: the go-to window tinting company for commercial clients and homeowners across greater Melbourne and beyond.
Scott is the kind of person who takes genuine pride in doing things properly. He has built his reputation on being straight with people, showing up when he says he will, and leaving every job in better shape than he found it. That has not changed in over 20 years.
Away from the tools, Scott is a hands-on father and someone who takes the same care and attention to the things that matter to him personally as he does to every job. His clients tend to notice that about him early – and it is why so many of them keep coming back.
Word of mouth grows the business from the first job. Commercial and residential from the outset.
Josh joined Tint.Melbourne after several years in customer-facing roles across the trades and construction industry, where he developed a genuine appreciation for what makes a subcontractor easy to deal with. He is the first voice most new clients hear, and he takes that seriously — responding quickly, asking the right questions, and making sure every booking is set up properly before the team arrives on site. Outside of work Josh enjoys ballroom dancing and has a keen interest in cars.
Tint.Melbourne’s installation team is made up of five experienced installers who between them have worked across hundreds of commercial and residential projects throughout greater Melbourne and the south-east. Each one has been trained to the same standard — precise application, clean work habits, and a genuine respect for the spaces they work in, whether that is a homeowner’s living room or a commercial building under construction.
You will know who is coming before they arrive. The team sends a confirmation ahead of every job, turns up on time, and leaves the site exactly as they found it — other than the windows. Their work is consistently mentioned by name in our Google reviews, which says more about the standard they hold themselves to than anything we could write here.
Outside of work the team are a close-knit group who place a lot of value on family. That same care and consideration tends to show up in the way they work — and it is something customers notice.
